Onomos @o is for autonomous Get in touch

Are you @o?

@ is read at and heard aut. o is Onomos. @o says autonomous.

The answer

Almost nobody is, all at once. Most companies are @o in part: some steps already run on their own under written rules, most cannot yet, and new ideas always start with people. Preparation tells you which part.

We write the rules autonomous organizations run under, and our own platform runs under them. A consultancy from the Netherlands, now bringing that practice to the United States.

Three weeks on one process, with one sponsor, places every step in one of four stages: Human-led, Agenticware, Delegate, Agentic unit. The @o part starts at Delegate. You keep five things:

  • 1The process map, with every step in one of the four stages.
  • 2The review of what you already own and what is missing.
  • 3The first increment: fixes worth doing even if you wait, with owners and dates.
  • 4Baseline measures, representative cases and acceptance criteria.
  • 5The sponsor's decision brief.

Which part of yours?

If you want to know which part of one process is @o, write to aut@onomos.ai. Twenty minutes is enough to find out whether three weeks is worth it.
